If you are not satisfied with your purchase and the item is in its original, unused condition including all original packaging and tags intact (PLEASE only remove tags, wear, or alter AFTER you are sure you will keep your purchase), simply email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for an approval, then follow the instructions below. All returns received within 30 days of your receipt of the item(s) will be credited to the original form of payment upon processing of the returned item(s). Your credit should appear on your next billing statement.

How To Return An Item:
1. Email us within 30 days of your receipt date for a Return Authorization
2. Please include a note with your name, address and email. Optionally state the reason for your return.
3. Wrap your item carefully and neatly in a box.
